Colour has no boundaries
I was recently on Newstalk FM's Moncrieff show speaking about kids clothing and the importance of choice.

The general consensus is there is a lack of colourful clothes for boys on the highstreet. Our independent clothing brand has been operating for over ten years now and I've never separated our collections into 'boys' or 'girls' categories.
Kids love colour and bold prints. Most of our customers allow the kids to choose which piece they want before ordering. I encourage this because colour is a great for self expression. Dopamine dressing isn't just a trending term. There is science behind it. Dressing in joyful colours such as yellow boosts energy, positivity and enthusiasm.
The idea that pink is for girls and blue is for boys is just completely outdated. Another thing that irritates me is the different 'themes' slogans and images printed on 'girls' versus 'boys' tees. Here at Fauna or animal themed prints are for everyone. Girls and boys wear snakes and tigers on their hoodies in greens, pinks & purples.
I also offer a custom colour option. If your child wants a neon pink panther on an aqua hoodie we can do that! The only limiting thing is our water based inks don't print light colours on very dark bases but you can chat to me live and we can come up with some great ideas for that special custom order. This option is availble for grown ups too.
