One Year in Fashion City – A Look Back

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a whole year since we moved into our showroom at Fashion City!

Had to test the roller skates on the timber floor! Time really does fly when you’re doing what you love. We made the move in April 2024, just after I took part in the ARC Fashion Show at the RDS — such an exciting and inspiring time.

Fauna Kids - Small business big heart

With the help of my husband and daughter, we packed up and settled into our new space, which has truly become the heart of Fauna.ie. I had a custom neon logo made especially for the showroom — a glowing symbol of this next chapter. I envisioned a bright white space that still felt warm and inviting, and that’s exactly what we created. With plenty of shelving and smart storage, it’s the perfect place to showcase our growing collections.

In December, we added a little Christmas tree to bring in some festive cheer, and since then, the space has continued to evolve. I’ve slowly been adding more artwork and decorative touches to make it feel even more like home — but the main focus will always be the product and the joy of launching new collections.

Our showroom is more than just a humble workspace. It’s where we wrap all our online orders with care and offer a click & collect service for our local customers. We’re surrounded by lovely neighbours and there’s a little coffee shop just five minutes away — which has definitely become a regular stop!

We’re incredibly happy to be based in Fashion City, and I’m so grateful for the past year. It was a busy one. Here’s to many more moments, milestones, and magical collections to come.

Thanks for being part of the journey,
Nadia x
